Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion

Free Trial

All apps include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is made and no refund is needed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first charge. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial charge
• Partial month refunds (we do not prorate monthly subscriptions)
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@5euro.eu with your account email and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
