Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

5euro.eu exclusively provides digital software services (SaaS). There are no physical goods and therefore no shipping involved in any of our transactions.

Service Delivery

Upon successful subscription, access to the requested software product is granted immediately and electronically:

• Account creation is instant upon payment confirmation
• Login credentials and access links are delivered via email
• No waiting period — access begins within minutes of sign-up

IoT Device Orders

If you order physical IoT devices (such as RFID readers or NFC scanners) through the Automate Attendance product:

• Devices are shipped within 5–10 business days
• Shipping is available to all EU countries
• International shipping is available — contact us for rates
• You will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched

Delivery Address

For IoT device orders, please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
