Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 5euro.eu platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 5euro.eu services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

5euro.eu provides cloud-based SaaS software applications including Automate Attendance, Fleet Fuel Management ERP, Psycho Test, Remotely Voice Record Device, and NDVI Imagery.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per company — shared access is managed via user roles
• You must be 18+ years old to register

4. Subscription & Payment

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at €5 per application. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Payment is processed via Stripe.

5. Free Trial

All apps include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At trial end, you must subscribe or your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use our services for illegal activities
• Do not attempt to access other users' data
• Do not abuse or overload our infrastructure
• Do not reverse-engineer our software

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content on 5euro.eu are owned by us. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over data you upload.

8. Limitation of Liability

5euro.eu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
